Redesigned the content creation feature of GovDelivery’s primary products platform “Communications Cloud.” My role included product designer (UX/IA), usability test facilitator, and front-end developer.

Design process included conceptual design and usability testing paper prototypes. Two iterations of usability testing were done with 9 customer users.
